Quarantine Sweat Sesh

I don't know about you, but quarantine has brought out the best in my bike and run training. It's easy to be consistent when your calendar is completely empty.  What I really miss though is my people.  I began leading group classes in 2006, and I have really loved every minute of it. I was actually just thinking, "I can't imagine a time in my life where I will not teach classes"... and then quarantine came along! Ha! 


So, in an attempt to bring back the group class endorphins, I will be leading a few online strength training sessions in April. 


The classes will be held via zoom on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:00am (ish). All are welcome to join. I will focus on exercises beneficial for athletes, but anyone can benefit from single leg deadlifts, right?!  Grab some light handweights and a mat if you have one.  I'll email you a link to the zoom meeting so you can connect.


If you have never been offered instruction on how to safely perform exercises like a squat, lunge, plank or push-up, please send me an email and I will give you some extra safety tips for the things we will be doing - stuartcoaching1@gmail.com.
